2. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the saulesratas.com e-shop:
2.1.1. By registering in the saulesratas.com e-shop – by entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. By not registering in the saulesratas.com e-shop.
2.2. The Buyer, when ordering goods in the ways provided for in clause
2.1 of the rules, must indicate the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order for goods in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, exact delivery address of the goods, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.3. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data provided in clause 2.2. would be processed for the purposes of selling goods/services in the sulesratas.com e-shop, analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of selling goods/services in the Seller's e-shop, the Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address and phone number specified by the Buyer.
2.5. By registering in the saulesratas.com e-shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep the login details safe and not to disclose them to anyone.
2.6. The Buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.
2.7. The Buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, blocking or deletion by writing an e-mail to saulesratas.com e-mail. info@saulesratas.com or by calling +370 660 15878 or +370 68382878. In this case, the seller must immediately implement the buyer's request no later than within 2 business days.
2.8. The buyer has the right to receive information from what sources and what his personal data is collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which data recipients it is provided and has been provided at least over the past one year.
2.9. The buyer has the right to request correction, destruction of his personal data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of his personal data, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.
2.10. The data controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each buyer who registers in the online store saulesratas.com. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online store registration form) for the processing of orders for goods or services or for the performance of other contractual obligations assumed. By placing an order or registering, the Customer agrees to the rules for the purchase and sale of goods, clause 2.3 of which states that by approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the saulesratas.com online store, analyzing the Seller's activities and direct marketing. This also includes sending advertising and information messages; by registering, the Buyer agrees to receive newsletters and similar materials, which the Buyer has the full right to refuse.
2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.12. Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
2.13. Personal data that has agreed to their data being used for direct marketing purposes is stored in an active database and used for 2 years for direct marketing purposes. Buyer's data is stored for 2 years from the last purchase.
